    In Matera, Italy today, Paolo, Emanuela, Vania, Andrea and Raffaele met with Enzo from Collage Arts to conduct the Aspire2create observations against the Euro-aspire framework. They will be assessed and their competences validated as Level 7 creative practitioners, creative industries advisors, facilitators and cultural entrepreneurs.
